Awakening Music Festival  in Manassas, VA. Artists for Friday night include: Third Day, Kutless and Fireflight. Tickets are $17. We’ll leave church at 3:15 PM and return late that night.
DEADLINE to sign up: September 8th, 2010. Pay $17 when we go.

           

OCTOBER

 

15-16  

SPARK Camping Trip to CLAYTOR LAKE STATE PARK in western Virginia. Cost: $25, includes tent    camping, activities and most meals. Bring extra money if you would like to rent a boat, canoe or kayak. We’ll leave from the church around 3:15 PM on Friday and return on Sunday afternoon.
Sign up by September 26. Pay when you arrive on Friday.

SCAREMARE (Haunted House) in Lynchburg, VA at Liberty University. Cost = $8. Also, bring         money for one fast food meal on the way to Scaremare. We’ll leave from church at 4:00 PM and     return around 11:00 PM.

 

NOVEMBER

12       

SUPERBOWL—All-Night, Extreme, Non-Stop Event in Lynchburg, VA. Cost $39, but if you sign up   and pay by October 27th, the cost will only be $20 per student. Cost

SNAC (After Church Fellowship) at CiCi’s  at Commonwealth Center (Near Brandermill). Bring    money for food (about $6-7). We’ll leave at 7:00 PM, right after Sunday evening church.

 

OTHER IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:

JANUARY 28-29 - ACQUIRE THE FIRE Youth Conference at the Richmond Coliseum. Register by 11/5/10 for $40 rate. After that, the cost goes up.
